1. What Stocked is

Stocked is two things:

• A marketplace where buyers and sellers of trading card game items — singles, graded slabs, sealed product and accessories — find each other.
• An online store listing our own inventory, when we have it. Those listings are posted by the official Stocked account.

Every other listing belongs to the member who posted it. Stocked is not a party to those sales or listings. We do not take payment for them, hold money, deliver or ship them, or check them.

2. What we are, and are not, responsible for

• We are not responsible for any listing that is not from the official Stocked account: not for the item, its description, its authenticity or condition, or anything that goes wrong with the sale.
• We are responsible for our own products, the ones sold by the official Stocked account, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Buyers and sellers must do their own due diligence every time they buy or sell: check the item, the photos and the other member before any money or goods change hands.

3. Forgeries and fakes

Forgeries, proxies and anything not authentic are not allowed on Stocked. We do our best to take those listings down, using reports from members and our own checks. We cannot catch everything, and we are not responsible for a listing that gets past us. That is why buyers should do their own due diligence every time.

4. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or use the site with permission from a parent or guardian.
• Give accurate details, verify a mobile number you own, keep your password private, and use one account per person.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Usernames are permanent once chosen and cannot be changed later.

5. Listing rules

The selling rules set this out in full, including what counts as counterfeit, resealed or misleading. When you list something, you confirm that you own it and can hand it over. Listings must:

• Describe the item honestly, including its real condition, grade, language and edition.
• Use photos of the actual item, or clearly say when a photo is a sample.
• Show the price you will genuinely accept, and be marked sold once the item is gone.

You may not list:

• Counterfeit, proxy or reprinted cards presented as genuine.
• Resealed or tampered sealed product, or slabs with a misrepresented grade.
• Stolen goods, or anything illegal to sell in the country the item is in.
• Items unrelated to trading card games, or duplicate and spam listings.

6. Buying and selling

On listings from other members, price, payment and handover are agreed directly between buyer and seller. Each listing says which country it is in and whether pickup is available or it is delivery only. Inspect items before you pay where you can, and prefer meeting somewhere public. Any dispute is between the buyer and seller, though we want to hear about problems so we can act on accounts that break these terms.

On listings from the official Stocked account, we take the payment and offer delivery or pickup when available. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Giveaways

These are the official rules for every giveaway on Stocked.

• Who runs it. Giveaways are run and paid for by Stocked. Apple and Google are not sponsors of any Stocked giveaway and are not involved in them in any way.
• Who can join. Any member with a verified account, except Stocked staff.
• How to join. Press Join giveaway on the giveaway while it is open. It is free: no purchase is necessary, and buying anything does not improve your chances. One entry per member.
• When. Each giveaway shows when entries open and close. Entries outside those times do not count.
• The prize. Described on the giveaway itself. It cannot be swapped for cash.
• The draw. After entries close, one winner is drawn at random from everyone who joined, and their username is shown on the giveaway.
• Claiming it. We message the winner on Stocked to arrange pickup or delivery. If we cannot reach them, we may draw again.
• Changes. We may end, change or cancel a giveaway, and remove entries that break these terms.

8. Messages and conduct

Keep conversations about the listing. Harassment, threats, spam, scams, phishing links, and sharing someone else's personal information are not allowed. We may review messages that are reported to us.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give us permission to display, store and resize them for as long as they are on the site, only so we can run the marketplace. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Pokémon, One Piece Card Game and Riftbound are trademarks of their respective owners. Stocked is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10. Removing content and accounts

We may remove listings or messages, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms or put other members at risk. When we remove a listing we tell the seller why, through their messages.

11. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Stocked is not liable for losses arising from deals between members, the authenticity or condition of items listed by members, or the site being unavailable. Prices shown in a currency other than the seller's are converted at a fixed rate and are approximate.

12. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This removes your profile, listings, photos and conversations and cannot be undone.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
